It’s Good For You is inspired by my own personal journey to health and wellness with a heartfelt passion to see people thrive.

The world of nutrition can be overwhelming and confusing, that’s why my approach is balanced and supportive. I understand that people’s lives are busy, and that sometimes you just want to finish the day with a glass of wine and a pizza!

So that is why I am here, to lead a more straightforward approach to wellness through real-life nutritional advice, meal planning and visualising your future self and how you would like to feel each day.

Together on this journey we will celebrate life, the wins, big or small, and grow from our mistakes.

The Process

1Get in Touch

Get in touch for a discovery call to see if I am the right fit for what you need.

2Fill in Form

Fill out the consultation forms, including a food diary – this gives me the information I need to map out a plan for our journey together.

3Consultation

We’ll have a 1 to 1.5-hour chat to understand your needs and goals. We’ll develop a nutrition plan and create a path towards it.

4Regular Catch Up

Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly options are available. We will review your goals, track your progress, work through any challenges you have faced, and celebrate your wins!

I have a deep passion for nutrition and recognising the transformative power of embracing a lifestyle centred around whole foods, as it makes an incredible difference to health.

There is so much value in authentic and supportive relationships and understanding the impact it has on life. As I journey towards becoming a clinical nutritionist, I am an active student member of the Clinical Nutrition Association, as well as being on their committee, and looking after their social media and newsletters.

This opportunity allows me to gain insights from other practitioners, as well as contributing to a team who is dedicated in seeing others thrive
